Information you send us
The estimate form. The form asks for your name, a phone number or an email address (or both), and a description of your project. Choosing a service and giving the project's city or ZIP code are optional. Please do not include financial details, identity numbers or other sensitive information.
Calls and emails. If you call or email us, we receive what you choose to tell us, such as your name, phone number, email address, property address and details of the job.
Information collected automatically
This website has no accounts, no payments and no advertising. As currently set up, it does not use analytics or tracking tools and does not set cookies. If we decide to add analytics, tracking or cookies, we will review and update this policy before they are used.
Like any website, it is delivered by a hosting provider, Cloudflare, which processes technical information about each visit, such as your IP address, the pages requested, the date and time, and your browser type, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Cloudflare handles that information under its own privacy policy.
How the estimate form works
When you send the form, your answers go to Formspree, a form service, which checks the request for spam and emails it to R&R Services. Formspree also keeps a copy of each request in its records, under its own privacy policy. The website itself does not store your request.
The website is built and maintained for us by our web designer, MOA Solutions, which manages the form service and may access requests in its records to provide technical support.
How we use your information
We use the information you send us to prepare estimates, communicate with you, schedule and carry out the work, and keep business records.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
- with the service providers described above, which run the website, the form and our email;
- with our crew members or subcontractors, when they need project details to do the work you asked for;
- when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we have a legitimate business purpose for it, such as responding to you, carrying out and supporting the work, and keeping business records. You can ask us how long we keep it. Copies kept by Formspree remain in its records until they are deleted there.
Your choices
You can contact us to ask what information we have about you, or to ask us to correct or delete it. We will handle these requests subject to any legal requirements that apply.
Links to other websites
This website links to other websites, such as our Google listing for reviews and our web designer's website. Those websites have their own privacy practices, which this policy does not cover.

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
